A Message from Our CEO Regarding the Coronavirus Pandemic

Dear Unicentric Customers and Friends,

Unicentric has been closely monitoring the evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation in Pennsylvania, nationally, and internationally, as well as its potential impact on the various communities and organizations that our software crucially supports.

The safety of our staff, and of our extended Unicentric community is of paramount importance to us.  We hope that you and your families are doing well as we all work to adapt to our new reality.  We take this threat seriously and were able to get ahead of it in our area by requiring employees to work from home beginning March 16th to reduce risk.  We have reduced our on-site staffing levels to only those roles that require employees to be on-site and are practicing social distancing and modifying our space to reduce the density of employees in all areas.

We recognize that the coming days and weeks will present a challenging landscape for all of us but would like to take a moment to assure you that we are here with you every step of the way as your business may change with the current environment. Please rest assured that we are leveraging technology to allow us to continue to collaborate with one another despite our physical distance and are able to offer you the same great levels of customer support and service as we’ve always done.

We are also updating internal processes to ensure all inquiries and support-related items are addressed quickly and efficiently so you may keep your focus on your patients, clients, members, employees, and families. Our team remains connected to our phones and computer system in a safe and secure manner.  With remote working, it is even more beneficial for you to communicate your support needs primarily through the feedback system when possible so that we can maintain a consistent level of service.

Continued collaboration and communication from you and your team is crucial to ensure everyone involved overcomes this obstacle and comes out even stronger on the other side.  Please continue to inform us of any personnel changes or updates to your processes as they occur.

On behalf of our entire team, we thank you for your support and for all the things you do for the communities you serve.  This is a challenging time for all of us and we will get through it together.  Let’s all protect and care for each other.  Stay safe!
