Since 1937, people from every segment of the Greater Pittsburgh Community have turned to Jewish Family & Children's Service when they were in need of psychological, employment or social services. JF&CS is a nonsectarian, nonprofit organization serving children, adults and families. With more than 30 programs, JF&CS touches the lives of at least 5,000 people each year. JF&CS has used the Service Xpert Suite since 2003 to manage their various programs and services from intake to reporting and billing.
People's Oakland

Peoples Oakland offers programs based on wellness and recovery principles that are proven to help adults with psychiatric disabilities. They offer a program of individual and group counseling along with opportunities and learning activities that promote skills training, self-management of resources, and social competency. They have used Service Xpert Since 2003 to manage client records and to bill the county and various insurance providers.
Associated Behavioral Health Care

ABHC is a behavioral Health agency that administers chemical dependency, domestic violence, and mental health counseling for three locations in the Seattle/Bellevue area. Prior to the implementation of Unicentric, they found that they were very fragmented in their operations.
Unicentric offered them the ability to manage clinical files for their three departments, schedule appointments, bill insurance companies, run clinical and financial reports, and utilize email all under one central system. Another advantage of Unicentric as a web based program, it allowed access to their clinical operations from any computer with a web browser. It also provided them the ability to export data to create customized reports. "Unicentric is a program that will grow with your company. Patient Advocate Foundation

Patient Advocate Foundation is a national non-profit organization that serves as an active liaison between the patient and their insurer, employer and/or creditors to resolve insurance, job retention and/or debt crisis matters relative to their diagnosis through case managers, doctors and attorneys. Patient Advocate Foundation seeks to safeguard patients through effective mediation assuring access to care, maintenance of employment and preservation of their financial stability. PAF uses Service Xpert to determine client eligibility based on income and other criteria, and they use the system to manage payments of benefits to elgible clients.

Professional Dynamics performs quality disability management services in the workers' compensation industry, which includes, utilization/peer review, nurse and chiropractic case management and maritime case management.
Unicentric provides Professional Dynamics with a system to manage, track and report on their programs. The system also exchanges data with 3rd party bill review programs and insurance claim management systems while making specific sets of data available to 3rd parties based on their login credentials.
