To receive recurring customer-care text messages from Unicentric, text START, YES, JOIN, or UNSTOP to (412) 697-7200.

By texting START, YES, JOIN, or UNSTOP to (412) 697-7200, you agree to receive recurring customer-care SMS/text messages from Unicentric. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or service.

Opt-In Confirmation Message

After you opt in, Unicentric will send this confirmation message:

“Unicentric: You’re subscribed to recurring Unicentric customer-care texts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. Privacy/Terms: https://www.unicentric.com/sms-terms”

For help, reply HELP or INFO to any Unicentric text message. You may also call Unicentric at (412) 697-7200 or email info@unicentric.com.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of Unicentric text messages at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

After you opt out, Unicentric will send this confirmation message:

“Unicentric: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further text messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe.”

After opting out, you will not receive further SMS/text messages from Unicentric unless you opt in again by texting START, YES, JOIN, or UNSTOP.

SMS Privacy Policy

Unicentric collects mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in/consent records when users opt in to receive SMS/text messages from Unicentric. Unicentric uses this information only to send customer-care text messages, support responses, service updates, incident notices, maintenance notices, and related account or service communications.

Unicentric does not sell, rent, share, or provide mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in records, or SMS consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
